Kinetic Fitness & Pilates was created with the intention of fitness for all. A safe space to heal and strengthen mind, body and spirit.
Kinetic Fitness & Pilates is a boutique fitness studio located in Flatiron, Manhattan at 25th and Broadway. The Studio is spacious, open and full of natural light. We are equipped with Merrithew equipment, kettlebells, weights, TRX and more.
Every person has different needs and wants. An exercise or mobility drill that is good for one person, isn’t ok for the next. Every session is planned and tailored to the client. No two sessions are ever alike, and no two bodies need the same routine. My style is being intuitive, personal and intentional. My approach to fitness is based on science, holistic and the integral body.
A routine will be created just for you and meet you in your personal physical goals and needs. Sessions are focused on precision, flow and mindful movements.
Sessions will challenge your body by strengthening and increasing flexibility, while improving imbalances.
From novice to advance student, for those with scoliosis, rotator cuff or knee injury — I have worked with those with limitations and those that want to strengthen, elongate and create lean muscle.
I am certified in pre- and post-natal training including diastasis rehab. I am NASM-certified and have a vast knowledge of joint mobility and stretching techniques.
